FRG7 Audio and Power Supply Upgrade

The FRG7 Audio and Power Supply upgrade is a kit that replaces key components in the audio signal path and all the aging electrolytic capacitors in the power supply and voltage regulator. Due to the age of this receiver, many electrolytic capacitors are "drying out" which means that the ability to effectively filter AC is diminished.
The audio upgrade replaces aging electrolytic capacitors in the audio power amplifier with a type found more in broadcast and recording studio equipment. The end result is that the audio will sound more dynamic with improved definition reducing listening fatigue.
